My Story
My story…
I first started yoga in my teens, and dabbled for many years. Ten years ago, I began practicising consistently, after the birth of my first child. Delving into Ashtanga Yoga was a way to re-connect with my body. I wasn't quite sure how or why at the time, but I would always leave a class feeling stronger physically, quieter mentally, and calmer emotionally. Yoga and I have never looked back!
My passion led me to train and qualify on a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered Teacher Training course in 2016.
Very much influenced by Ashtanga methodology, I now teach Vinyassa Flow. Moving and breathing in synchronicity, it's a wonderful, moving meditation.
